Delivery policy

The delivery of tickets in electronic format is done as follows:

  1. Orders can  only be placed on the www.casaceausescu.ro  website  , 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Telephone orders are not accepted .
  2. The price of each ticket is indicated on the presentation page.
  3. To order a ticket, the buyer must add it to the cart by accessing the "Add to Cart" button, present on the page of each ticket.
  4. The contents of the basket and the firm intention to buy from the buyer are confirmed by accessing the button to complete the order.
  5. Electronic ticket payments are made exclusively online, through euplătesc.ro.
  6. By registering an Order on the website, the Buyer expressly expresses his desire to purchase electronic tickets. After placing the Order on the website and confirming the online payment, the Buyer will receive by e-mail an order confirmation and a link to download the tickets delivered in electronic format.
  7. The contract is considered concluded between the Seller and the Buyer at the moment of receiving, via e-mail, the download link for the e-tickets purchased by the Buyer from the Seller. After receiving the order confirmation email and the download link, it is no longer possible to cancel the purchase. The responsibility of downloading the electronic ticket belongs exclusively to the Buyer, the Seller cannot be held responsible for this.
  8. By sending the order to the Seller, the Buyer agrees to receive the tickets in electronic format.
